Cancellation Policy

A £30 deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before your appointment, and your deposit will be transferred to your new booking.
Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your £30 deposit.
No exceptions will be made to this policy.
