Cancellation Policy

• A £30 deposit is required to secure all appointments.

• Your deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.

• Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours before your appointment, and your deposit will be transferred to your new booking.

• Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your £30 deposit.

• No exceptions will be made to this policy.
